Our Beginnings

Hi! I’m Drew. Blue Haven started in a really simple, humble way. When my wife and I were newly married, we bought our first little duplex and decided to rent out the basement on Airbnb to help make ends meet. I quickly realized how much the “big guys” in property management relied on powerful tools—dynamic pricing, 24/7 guest support, professional optimization, multi platform syncing, maintenance and cleaning coordination platforms—and I wished small hosts like us could access the same advantages. Since we couldn’t afford it alone, I asked a few friends, family members, and even some neighbors if they wanted to team up and share the costs of the software, tools, and support. What started as a small, scrappy collaboration turned into something I genuinely loved. Helping people earn more, taking care of guests, and making homes shine felt meaningful. That’s when it clicked: maybe I could offer these big tools to others while keeping our company small, personal, and caring. And that vision is what grew into Blue Haven—a place where homeowners feel supported, valued, and genuinely taken care of.
